Mini-Mover Lite Series and LP Series small conveyors are powered with the most reliable, energy-efficient and quiet gearmotors in their class. Because your application will be best served by a specific set of features and operating characteristics, your sales manager will verify that the gearmotor selection for your unit is optimal for your intended job. The Drive Options page details the various combinations for your small conveyors. You'll receive personal consultation on the best choice for you, especially if you're non-technical or are buying your first Mini-Mover.

• Mounting Style - this can an important "fitting" requirement if you have limited floor space, are integrating the unit into a new or existing system, etc.
• Motor Horsepower & Wattage - you want the motor sized with sufficient power to handle your load, while offering energy savings.
• Speed Options - your intended use may require stops & starts or a particular belt speed. Numerous options, such as gear-ratio selection or Fixed- vs. Variable-Speed controls, are available to attain the movement characteristics your application requires. Your sales manager will help you make the best HP/gear-ratio choice for your small conveyor.
• Electrical Characteristics - we have an array of voltage and frequency choices, in the event your intended installation requires certain parameters. Details are included in the Mini-Mover Catalog, and your sales manager will ensure this important aspect is discussed during the quotation process for your unit.

Small Conveyor Belt Options

Mini-Mover Lite Series and LP Series small conveyors offer only the highest quality conveyor belting in many types of materials to best suit each application. Both cleated and smooth belt variations are available to fit your needs.

Our standard offerings of belting materials, and their operating characteristics, are detailed on the Belting Options page. By default, unless you specify otherwise, your Mini-Mover Lite Series and LP Series small conveyor will be equipped with the "U1-style" smooth, all-purpose white urethane material. Since your application may be better suited with a different material, or with cleated belting, please discuss your application or operating requirements with your sales manager during the quotation process. We take every effort to ensure your Mini-Mover features are optimally configured to handle your specific requirements.
